"The psychological thriller Boomerang by S. Jennifer Paulson is an enticing and riveting read, that will keep you guessing until the very end. I frequently read thrillers and they are my favorite, so I was very excited to open the pages of this book. The story begins with a devastating accident that leaves heartbroken Taryn Metcalf widowed. She soon uncovers a secret about her recently deceased husband that collapses her whole world. The plot thickens when other characters are revealed and the story unfolds into a triad of traumatic events. The interesting part is you aren’t really sure how the characters connect and it keeps you guessing. This is the type of book you keep turning pages for and you just need to know what happens!!! The author does a wonderful job with character development. I deeply felt the pain each character experienced as the plot developed. Paulson profoundly illustrates how easily life can unfold into a serious of unfortunate events after a traumatic experience and the severe impact it can have on lives. Boomerang is an exceptional thriller that will keep you guessing until the last moment! Please be aware of the trigger warnings that the author states in this book; they are there for a reason."

S. Jennifer Paulson
In her former life as a newspaper reporter, editor and columnist, S. Jennifer Paulson scored a series of awards for her news and feature writing.
During her nearly two decades with the USA TODAY Network/Gannett, S. Jennifer penned her pieces under her maiden name, Sara Paulson. (Spoiler: As much as she'd love to be, she's not the fabulous actress, Sarah Paulson.) S. Jennifer also spent nearly seven years in the field of health care communications. She's also a proud member of Florida Star Fiction Writers, a Brevard County-based writers' group.
Boomerang, released on March 19, 2024, is S. Jennifer Paulson's debut novel.
